Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days on most unopened products. If 30 days have passed from the delivery date, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns, refunds or exchanges on any products not able to be sold because of any causes beyond the control of either party, including but not limited to, acts of God, weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, riots, insurrection, terrorist attacks, government regulatory actions, acts or decrees of governmental or military bodies, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, or any other force majeure event.

No refunds on any vaping products.   

Credit Adjustment

All promotions are handled by an internal AI system. Our customer support representatives have no knowledge of upcoming promotions or discounts. Orders that have already been placed and complete are excluded from credit adjustments should a better promotion become available after an order has been placed. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 7-10 business days. Please note, we do not offer refunds on wholesale orders.

Order Cancellations (if applicable)

Please take the time to review your order carefully & ask any questions that you may have regarding a product before placing an order.

A 3% cancellation fee will apply to canceled orders.

Refund issues ( if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. It may take some time for processing before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@happybears.ca.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to complete an exchange, send us an email at support@happybears.ca and send your item to: Fulfillment Center 2967 Dundas St. W. #290D

60-Day Guarantee

We reserve the right to verify all claims received and reserve the right to deny claims that are not made in good faith, and tamper with the claims process.
The guarantee applies to only one product per customer. If you've never tried CBD before, we suggest choosing one product to try first before branching out to other products. If you choose to order multiple, only one product will be eligible for the trial
Note that we required customer to ship the remaining, unused, product back to us for inspection in order to be eligible for the 30 day guarantee. Tossing the product in the garbage, will void the guarantee. 
The 60 day guarantee applied to the integrity of the product. ie. Damaged packing either direct or indirect. Claims such as "this product did not work for me" are not applicable as supplements affect each and every person differently due to biological differences.
