If you’ve requested a password reset but didn’t receive the email:
- Check your email inbox for the reset link.
- Be sure to also check your junk/spam folder, as the email might have been filtered there.
- Ensure you entered the correct email address associated with your account.
- If you still can’t find the email, try requesting the password reset again or contact our support team for assistance.
When creating an account, updating your email, browsing from a new device, or if you cleared your browsing history and/or cache, we may send a verification email to confirm your identity:
- Check your email inbox for the verification email.
- Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
- Click the verification link in the email to complete the process.
If you don’t receive the verification email within a few minutes, double-check your email address and try again.
To update your account information:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the My Account or Account Details section.
- Update your name, email, phone number, or other details.
- Save the changes.
If you encounter any issues, contact us for support.
Please note that updating your address in your account will not automatically update the shipping details for any orders you’ve already placed. If you need to change the shipping address for an existing order, please contact us immediately for assistance.
To check your order status:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Orders section.
- You’ll see the status of all your recent orders (e.g., processing, on hold, completed).
If you don’t see your order or have questions, reach out to our support team with your order number. Please note that you must be logged into your account when placing an order for it to appear in your order history.
Alternatively, if you don’t have an account, you can use our Order Status portal to access the most up-to-date information about your order status.
If you’re having trouble logging in:
- Double-check that you’re using the correct email and password.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password option to reset it.
- Clear your browsing history, cookies, and cache.
- Try logging in from a different device.
- Check your email inbox and junk/spam folder for the reset link.

Yes, if you’d like to delete your account, please contact our support team. Keep in mind that deleting your account will permanently erase all associated data, including order history.
If your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts, it’s a security precaution. You can:
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Reset your password using the Forgot Password option if needed.
- Contact our support team if the issue persists.
