Where a Happy Bears Price Match program is available, requests must involve an identical product that is currently available from an eligible Canadian retailer and priced in Canadian dollars.
Happy Bears may require reasonable verification of the competing price, product availability, retailer and product specifications.
Certain categories, marketplace sellers, clearance products, bundles, promotional offers and other products may be excluded. Happy Bears reserves the right to decline a price match request that cannot reasonably be verified or does not meet the applicable program conditions.
