To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Some orders may not be trackable via our automated system. Please contact us via email at support@happybears.ca if you cannot track your order.

You can also track your order online at canadapost.ca or ups.com using the tracking number that was issued to you via our shipping confirmation email.

Although orders placed before 5 p.m. EST ship the next business day, sometimes orders may take up to 4 business days (Monday-Friday) to be dispatched.
