Happy Bears offers FREE shipping on all orders over $49.99, and we offer flat-rate shipping ($11.50) on orders below $49.99.

We ship our orders via Canada Post XpressPost or Purolator Ground.

We want to ensure all our products are delivered securely and fit industry standards.

Our packages are rapidly shipped, and a tracking number will be provided to you upon confirmation of shipment. Standard expedited shipping may take up to 2–8 business days, depending on the geolocation. 

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday) if the order is placed before 9AM EST.

Orders will not be dispatched during statutory holidays. Canada Day, Easter Monday/Friday, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and weekends.

All orders are processed in the order they are received, regardless of the shipping service selected. 

Express shipping means that your order will arrive faster once it is received by the courier.

We may, from time to time, double up on the number of pieces per pack.

Processing vs Shipping. What does it mean?

After an order is placed, it will appear as “processing.” This means the order is in the process of being picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Processing usually takes 2–4 business days.

Processing delays may prolong the fulfillment.

Do you Offer Discreet Packaging?

At Happy Bears, we completely understand your needs for discreet packing. Contact our team to hide containing items in your package as well as the sender. 

 

Do you Ship to a P.O Box?

Yes, our courier can deliver packages to your PO Box.

Delays in order processing?

During high-volume months, processing may be delayed. If you are a first-time customer or you are running out of products, please contact us, and we will fast-track your order.

Processing delays are not permanent, and they are usually cleared up within 10 business days.

My order is "Complete" how do I track it?

After an order is marked as being complete, an auto-generated email will follow with all the tracking information. Customers can use the tracking number(s) to track their order(s) at canadapost.ca .

Are the packages insured?

Yes, all of our packages are fully insured. If you order is lost/damaged or stolen, we have the resources to reship your order free of charge, after the courier has finalized their investigation.

I did not receive an email confirming my order?

If your order has been placed successfully, an order confirmation email - confirming your order will be automatically sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, we kindly ask that you check your junk/spam folders before contacting us. If you have an account, please log into your account to view the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your order. 

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to update accordinly.
