Customers should expect shipping and processing delays between December 23rd and January 25th.

⚠️ Orders will be placed in “On Hold” status until processing begins. Your payment will only be charged once we start preparing your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status by:

  • Entering your order number/ID and email address into our Order Status automated system
  • Logging into your happybears.ca account and visiting My Orders.
  • Once you retrieve your order details, you can track your order either at canadapost.ca or purolator.com.

 

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder and any promo tabs.
If you still can’t find it:

  • Verify that your payment went through. All charges on your statement will appear as "ModernFS - HBE". Note that you'll ONLY get charged when we start processing your order.
  • Contact us with your full name and the email used at checkout so we can resend your confirmation.
How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 1–4 business days, after we start processing your order.
During sales, holidays, or new launches, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
