We offer fast delivery and discreet packaging to any destination in Canada. In addition, Free Shipping is available for all orders over $49.99 or you will be charged a $9.99 flat rate fee. (subject to change without notice)
Step 1: Place Your Order
Placing your order is SUPER easy! Fill up the cart, fill in your information, checkout and voila! Once the order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from CBDMagic acknowledging the order. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.

As soon the order status changes to complete, you order is packaged into one neat, discreet parcel and shipped out. Once the shipping process has begun, you’ll receive another confirmation email with all of the relevant Canada Post tracking information.

If your order has been placed successfully, an order confirmation email - confirming your order will be automatically sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, we kindly ask that you check your junk/spam folders before contacting us. If you have an account, please log into your account to view the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your order.
We do not have a specify policy in place when it comes to our free product promotions. We expect customers to place ONE order, and not multiple orders back to back for the sole purpose of receiving multiple gifts. We want to share our products with many customers, therefore it is good practice to place ONE order. We have to right not to include the free gift if a customers places multiple orders in a very short period of time.
If your gift is voided, it will be communicate via your invoice. We will write you a note stating why your free gift was not included. Please be courteous to our many customers.

No, we do not have a storefront. We are strictly an online retailer at this time.
Sometimes Canada Post/Purolator will marked packages as being received before being delivered.
If your tracking states that your parcel has been successfully delivered, and your parcel was not received, please allow up to 1 business day before contact us as sometimes packages could be delivered the next business day.

Cannabis is the plant genus name used to identify a type of flowering plant that includes marijuana and hemp. Marijuana and hemp are both parts of the Cannabis Genus, yet they're different. Similar to how oranges and limes are both considered Citrus fruits but look and taste differently. Marijuana plants are high in THC, the chemical compound that causes a "high". Marijuana that contains THC is typically used by adults for recreational purposes. Hemp plants are low in THC and high in Cannabidiol, or CBD. CBD doesn't result in a "high" and is used by those who enjoy the benefits of marijuana but don't want to interact with THC when it comes to reaching a sense of relaxation.
All about CBD
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally occurring compound found in cannabis. Today the therapeutic properties of CBD are being tested and confirmed by scientists and doctors around the world. A safe, non-addictive substance, CBD is one of more than a hundred “phytocannabinoids,” which are unique to cannabis and endow the plant with its robust therapeutic profile.
CBD is closely related to another important medicinally active phytocannabinoid: tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the compound that causes the high that cannabis is famous for. These are the two components of cannabis that have been most studied by scientists.
Full-Spectrum CBD contains all the vital cannabinoids that are naturally occurring in the cannabis plant. These cannabinoids work synergistically to create the “Entourage Effect”, which helps increase the healing power of the cannabinoids by working together.
Most Full Spectrum extracts contain the following cannabinoids: CBD, CBDV, CBN, THCV and less than 0.3% THC.
Broad Spectrum CBD Oil possesses almost identical cannabinoids and attributes like its brother “Full Spectrum”. However, what makes it slightly different is that it doesn’t contain any THC content.
CBD isolate is a crystalline powder made up of pure CBD. It is extracted using ethanol which has been around for centuries for herbal remedies. It does not contain any THC content and will not cause any intoxication or feelings of being high. Our team source our CBD in Canada and ensures all products are third-party lab tested for quality & safety.

Full-Spectrum Gummies
Unlike Pain/Anxiety Gummies which contains CBD isolate, Full-Spectrum Gummies contain Full-Spectrum Hemp Extract. Full Spectrum Hemp Extract contains CBD plus traces of other cannabinoids like CBDV, THCV, CBN & CBG. There is also less than 0.3% THC content each serving of gummy.
Pain/Anxiety Gummies
Unlike Sleep Gummies which contains melatonin, Pain/Anxiety Gummies only contains CBD isolate which is the active ingredient in treating pain and anxiety, plus enhancers such as Lemon Balm Extract & Turmeric Extract for an added boost.
Sleep Gummies
Sleep Gummies contain CBD isolate and melatonin which are the 2 active ingredients in helping people falling and staying asleep longer.
No, CBD is non-psychoactive, therefore it will not make you “high”.
There are no known major side effects of using CBD. However, due to improper usage, you may experience some minor side effects of using CBD such as fatigue, drowsiness and upset stomach.
We do not recommend traveling with any CBD product, not until CBD is legal worldwide.
No, CBD is non-toxic and non-lethal. One cannot overdose from too much CBD consumption.
Oil-based products will naturally separate or change consistency over time. Research proves that even with cloudiness in CBD oil, the turnout of the product can have a wonderful effect. In some instances, when a CBD bottle has been in a room with constant air conditioning or a cold temperature in general, this can happen. Remember to shake well before each use.

To update your account information:

- Update your name, email, phone number, or other details.
- Save the changes.

Please note that updating your address in your account will not automatically update the shipping details for any orders you’ve already placed. If you need to change the shipping address for an existing order, please contact us immediately for assistance.
To check your order status:

- You’ll see the status of all your recent orders (e.g., processing, on hold, completed).

Yes, if you’d like to delete your account, please contact our support team. Keep in mind that deleting your account will permanently erase all associated data, including order history.
