Being aware of change in your mind and body can help you track your results and find the right dosage for yourself. Anytime of the day. It really depends on your goals and intentions. If you are looking to relieve any stress, anxiety, or pain, take half a dose to feel better and go on with the day. If you are looking to improve your sleep quality and recovery process, take a full dose 20-30 minutes before bedtime.

Everyone is different, and require different dosages based on their needs. We always recommend starting with the lowest dosage, as you can always increase it. For severe or chronic pain we recommend 60-100mg for the gummies and 3000mg-5000mg for the oils.

Full-Spectrum Gummies
Unlike Pain/Anxiety Gummies which contains CBD isolate, Full-Spectrum Gummies contain Full-Spectrum Hemp Extract. Full Spectrum Hemp Extract contains CBD plus traces of other cannabinoids like CBDV, THCV, CBN & CBG. There is also less than 0.3% THC content each serving of gummy.

Pain/Anxiety Gummies
Unlike Sleep Gummies which contains melatonin, Pain/Anxiety Gummies only contains CBD isolate which is the active ingredient in treating pain and anxiety, plus enhancers such as Lemon Balm Extract & Turmeric Extract for an added boost.

Sleep Gummies
Sleep Gummies contain CBD isolate and melatonin which are the 2 active ingredients in helping people falling and staying asleep longer.

The most significant difference between Delta 8 and Delta 10 is that Delta 8 is more potent than Delta 10. Delta 8 has a higher concentration of cannabinoids, making it much stronger. Delta 8 provides psychoactive effects that last much longer, whereas Delta 10 has more of a Sativa effect.

Full-Spectrum CBD contains all the vital cannabinoids that are naturally occurring in the cannabis plant. These cannabinoids work synergistically to create the “Entourage Effect”, which helps increase the healing power of the cannabinoids by working together.

Most Full Spectrum extracts contain the following cannabinoids: CBD, CBDV, CBN, THCV and less than 0.3% THC.

Full-Spectrum extracts means it contains all phytochemicals naturally found in the plant, including CBD, trace cannabinoids like CBDV, THCV, CBN, & CBG, terpenes, and essential oils. Full-spectrum extracts from hemp also come with a negligible THC content — less than 0.3%

Pure CBD Isolate
CBD oil is a mixture of the chemical compound CBD and a high quality carrier oil such as MCT oil or hemp seed oil. CBD (cannabidiol) is one of more than 100 naturally occurring cannabinoids found in hemp and cannabis.

Broad Spectrum CBD
Broad-spectrum CBD contains cannabidiol and all the other compounds within the plant like CBDV, THCV, CBN & CBG, except for THC, which is completely removed after the initial extraction.

The way that our body absorbs fatty compounds like CBD oil, is by encapsulating these compounds with a special molecule.
