All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Important Notice

 

Due to a surge in customer demand, your order may be experiencing significant delays due to precautionary measures taken to contain the coronavirus. Items requiring a signature will be delivered to customers indirectly and written proof of delivery may not be provided. Please note the on-time delivery guarantee for Expedited Parcel Service and Xpresspost does not apply in the case of delay or non-delivery caused by an event beyond the control of Canada Post.

As a result of the backlog generated due to the measures put in place by Canada Post in order to stop the spread of COVID19 please allow 10-15 business days delivery time for expedite parcels and 7-10 business days for Priority and Xpresspost.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shippingrather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

     3. Shipping Rates and Carriers

We try to keep shipping simple. If your order in under $49.99 there is a flat shipping fee of $7.99 across Canada. This is for Expedited Parcel Service and can take between 4 to 7 business days. We also offer Express Shipping that can be selected at checkout; all shipping charges will be displayed based on the method selected.

Please note that Canada Post does NOT deliver any parcels during weekends and statutory holidays. 

      4. Tracking information

A Canada Post tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has been shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days please don't hesitate to contact us, we are here to help.

      5. Do you ship to USA?

At this time we do not ship to the Unites States. 

      6.Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@happybears.ca

HAPPYBEARS.ca will not honor any refund request due to non-deliveries as a result to an incomplete and/or incorrect address.
