Ordering & Shipping

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
- Delivery Time
As a result of the backlog generated due to the measures put in place by Canada Post and other couriers such as Purolator, UPS & FedEx in order to stop the spread of COVID19 please allow 10-15 business days for packages to be delivered.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
3. Shipping Rates and Carriers
We try to keep shipping simple. If your order in under $49.99 there is a flat shipping fee of $7.99 across Canada. This is for Expedited Parcel Service and can take between 4 to 7 business days**. We also offer Express Shipping with other couriers that can be selected at checkout; all shipping charges will be displayed based on the method selected.
Please note that Canada Post does NOT deliver any parcels during weekends and statutory holidays.
4. Tracking information
A Canada Post tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has been shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days please don't hesitate to contact us, we are here to help.
5. Do you ship to USA?
At this time we do not ship to the Unites States.
6.Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at email@example.com
HAPPYBEARS.ca will not honor any refund request due to non-deliveries as a result to an incomplete and/or incorrect address.
