What are the shipping and processing times?
Order processing times may take 2 to 5 business days, however, we work around the clock to process and ship orders as soon as possible once received.
Paying extra for courier service such as UPS, Purolator (1-2 business days) does not mean your order will be processed faster. All orders generally take 2-5 business days to be processed (the amount it takes up to pick and pack your order) regardless of the shipping service used. Shipping/Courier standards apply from the time the courier receives and scans your package.
What is the difference between processing and shipping?
Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business. Orders that require shipping are considered fulfilled when the business gives the shipment to a shipping carrier service.
How do I place an order?

How long does it take for an order to arrive at my door steps?
Once received by the courier, generally, orders can take 2-8 business days to arrive at your door step! We prioritize orders on individual basis, if your order requires priority service please contact us and we will do our best to expedite your order.
