Can CBD help with sleep?
A personal experience trying CBD for the first for sleep.
I have struggled with sleep for as long as I can remember. I have never been able to get a full 8 hours sleep without either waking up or sweating. So, at 18 and starting a new job, I decided the time was right to sort it out.
Most days I would feel really tired, dizzy, have bad headaches, and often not be very present within the situation I was in because I was so tired. One of my close friends Jack recommended that I look into CBD as his sister took it to help with her sleep and anxiety.
So, I started to do my research and found there were so many different brands, strengths, flavours, so many ways of taking it, it was mind blowing!
I asked my friend if there was anything he would recommend, he came back to me and said try the Happy Bears CBD Hemp Infused Sleep ZzZ Gummy Bears.
After a few days, I started to notice the difference, I had a cup about 6 pm each evening and by 11 pm I certainly felt ready to sleep, a big improvement on 2 am!
As a teen, I feel like I need to have more energy, and I definitely do now! If you told me a year ago that I would be sleeping 8 hours a night or that I could sleep without waking up at least once. I would have probably laughed at you because it seemed impossible but CBD and Happy Bears really have made a big difference.
I wanted to share this with you, as I don’t think many men my age talk about sleep or CBD come to that! But I am so glad I have found it as it really made a big difference to how I feel.
